Working at the intersection of implementation science and health services research, we design and evaluate system-level changes to how care is delivered, and we study de-implementation: how to reduce the tests, medications, and procedures that provide little benefit and carry real risk for older patients. Our work is conducted in partnership with health systems, clinicians, and the older adults and families who live with the results.
